LucasArts has ownership of trademark to the word 'Droid' - which isn't even a full word, but rather the latter part of the word 'Android'.As such, I'm declaring ownership of the trademark to the word 'Casarts'
Both Marvel Comics and DC Comics own the trademark to the words 'Super Heroes' - now I'm not sure if one of them owns 'Super' and the other 'Heroes' or whether they share them. Maybe Marvel gets them on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every other weekend and DC has them the rest of the time?I'm not actually sure where I'm going with this - but I'd be interested in your comments and also in any other fucked up trademark ownerships out there that you can find.
